The founders:

Inger Reime
Coach and sociologist with a passion for human development issues and the art of being a manager. Her academic background is from Organisational Sociology and management. She has many years experience as a manager and a business consultant in HR issues. Inger is an experienced lecturer and trainer on coaching and leadership issues. Inger is a certified Coach CPPS from The Coaches Training Institute (US) and a graduate from the Leadership Program. Her speciality is cooperate coaching and the challenges of living and working in a multicultural environment. Inger Reime comes from a multi cultured family and has worked and lived in Scandinavia and Asia

Shira Bassi BA, ACA, MBA
A professional chartered accountant, trained with KPMG and Pricewaterhouse who works as a consultant, leadership developer, coach and facilitator. Shira is passionate about putting the ‘heart’ back in organisations. She mainly works with Private companies who have social responsibility as part of their agenda, not for profit organisations and public sector. Shira graduated from the CTI leadership program based in USA in 2005 and she is a certified Co-active coach CPPC from The Coaches Training Institute in 2006. She has gained the practioner NLP training from ITS in the UK (2003).

Shira through her jointly owned company The Global Coaches does training in India. She is also the founder of Shakti Anand orphanage trust whose mission is to empower the orphans by having teachers trained in coaching and make coaching part of the curriculum. Shira has over 18 years experience working in Large organisations as a Finance Consultant and has designed, implemented and delivered finance systems and processes throughout this period.
